แบ่งปันตำแหน่งงานนี้

Responsibilities

  1. สำรวจ วิเคราะห์ความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะและช่องว่างสมรรถนะ (Skill Gap) ของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อนำมาออกแบบแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านข้อมูล ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ และเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ทั้งรูปแบบ Online, Onsite และ Blended Learning รวมถึงหลักสูตรเฉพาะทางและ Micro-credentials ตั้งแต่การกำหนดโครงสร้างหลักสูตร ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ เนื้อหา กิจกรรม และการประเมินผล
  3. พัฒนาและทบทวนสื่อการเรียนรู้ เอกสารประกอบการสอน แบบฝึกหัด กรณีศึกษา โจทย์เชิงปฏิบัติ แบบทดสอบ และเครื่องมือประเมินสมรรถนะให้สอดคล้องกับเทคโนโลยีและความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
  4. ออกแบบหรือร่วมพัฒนาเครื่องมือประเมินความรู้และสมรรถนะด้าน Data และ AI รวมถึงวิเคราะห์และแปลผลการประเมิน เพื่อนำไปใช้กำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะอย่างเป็นระบบ
  5. ออกแบบ Learning Journey, Use Case และโจทย์ฝึกปฏิบัติที่เชื่อมโยงกับแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้หรือแพลตฟอร์มฝึกทักษะด้าน Data Analytics และ AI รวมถึงประสานงานกับทีมเทคนิคในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบ
  6. บริหารหรือร่วมบริหารโครงการด้านการพัฒนากำลังคน การฝึกอบรม หรือกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ให้เป็นไปตามแผน ระยะเวลา งบประมาณ ตัวชี้วัด และผลลัพธ์ที่กำหนด
  7. วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ ข้อมูลการใช้งาน และข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้เรียน เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลและปรับปรุงหลักสูตร กระบวนการเรียนรู้ หรือแพลตฟอร์มอย่างต่อเนื่อง
  8. ประสานและสร้างความร่วมมือกับวิทยากร ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ สถาบันการศึกษา หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และเครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
  9. ให้คำแนะนำ ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ และสนับสนุนบุคลากรระดับต้นในการออกแบบหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนรู้ และการประเมินผล
  10. สนับสนุนภารกิจอื่นของฝ่ายและองค์กรตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น การเป็นวิทยากร ที่ปรึกษา ผู้ประเมิน หรือคณะทำงานด้านการพัฒนากำลังคนและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

Qualifications

  1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาโทขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูล วิศวกรรมข้อมูล วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ สถิติ วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ เทคโนโลยีการศึกษา หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การฝึกอบรม การสอน การให้คำปรึกษา หรือการบริหารโครงการ ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี หรือเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ประสบการณ์ที่องค์กรกำหนดสำหรับระดับตำแหน่ง
  3. มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้าน Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data หรือเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสามารถนำความรู้ดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้กับการออกแบบการเรียนรู้ได้
  4. มีความสามารถในการออกแบบหลักสูตร กำหนด Learning Outcomes ออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ แบบฝึกหัด กรณีศึกษา และวิธีการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในการสอน เป็นวิทยากร เป็นผู้ช่วยวิทยากร เป็นที่ปรึกษา หรือถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้แก่บุคลากร นักศึกษา หรือกลุ่มเป้าหมายในองค์กร
  6. มีความสามารถในการบริหารโครงการ วางแผนงาน ประสานงาน ติดตามผล และจัดทำรายงาน รวมถึงสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมวิชาการและทีมเทคนิคได้
  7. สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและใช้เครื่องมือด้าน Data Analytics หรือ Data Visualization ได้ เช่น Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau หรือเครื่องมืออื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  8. มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและนำเสนอทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ สามารถอธิบายเรื่องเทคนิคให้แก่กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีพื้นฐานแตกต่างกัน และสามารถสื่อสารต่อกลุ่มผู้ฟังจำนวนมากได้
  9. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office หรือเครื่องมือ Productivity และ Collaboration ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  10. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความยืดหยุ่น เปิดรับความคิดเห็น สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานภายใต้ข้อจำกัดด้านเวลาได้

Preferred Qualifications

  1. มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานหรือพัฒนาระบบบน Cloud Platform เช่น Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud หรือแพลตฟอร์มอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบฐานข้อมูล เช่น PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, NoSQL หรือ Data Warehouse และสามารถออกแบบหรือใช้งานฐานข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้หรือการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้
  3. มีประสบการณ์พัฒนา Web Application, API, Learning Platform, E-Learning Platform, LMS หรือแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับการฝึกปฏิบัติด้านเทคโนโลยี
  4. มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, MLOps หรือการนำ AI ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในงานจริง
  5. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบ Competency Framework, Skill Assessment, Micro-credentials หรือการขอรับรองหลักสูตรตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพหรือมาตรฐานสากล
  6. มีผลงานด้านการสอน การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การเป็นวิทยากร งานวิชาการ การวิจัย หรือการพัฒนาโครงการด้าน Data / AI ที่สามารถแสดงเป็น Portfolio ได้
