สถาบันข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (องค์การมหาชน) (ต่อไปในประกาศนี้เรียกว่า “สขญ.”) ได้จัดทำคำประกาศฉบับนี้ขึ้น เพื่อให้ผู้มาติดต่อ ผู้ใช้บริการ คู่ค้า ตลอดจนบุคลากรของ สขญ. (ต่อไปในประกาศนี้เรียกว่า “ท่าน”) ได้รับทราบและเข้าใจถึงแนวทางในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
สขญ. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในฐานะ “ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 โดยดำเนินการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเฉพาะเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการดำเนินงานของ สขญ. เท่านั้น ซึ่งรวมถึงกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้บริการ การติดต่อประสานงาน การทำสัญญา และการบริหารจัดการภายในหน่วยงานอย่างเป็นธรรม ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย และโปร่งใส

The Big Data Institute (Public Organization) (hereinafter referred to as “BDI”) issues this Privacy Notice to inform visitors, service users, partners, and personnel (collectively referred to as “you”) of the ways in which BDI collects, uses, and discloses personal data.
As a “Data Controller” under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), BDI is committed to processing your personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently—only for purposes necessary to fulfill its organizational missions. This includes activities related to service provision, communication, contractual arrangements, and internal management.
