Overview

ปฏิบัติงานในฐานะผู้จัดการโครงการและผู้ช่วยเลขานุการคณะทำงาน National AI Consortium (NAIC) ซึ่งดำเนินการจัดทำ (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาระบบนิเวศปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI Ecosystem) ระดับชาติ ร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียหลายภาคส่วน (Multi-stakeholders) ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม โดยทำหน้าที่เชื่อมประสานระหว่างคณะทำงานกลุ่มย่อย (Working Groups) ในการขอ รวบรวม จัดเก็บ วิเคราะห์ และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล ตลอดจนจัดทำเอกสารและนำเสนอผลต่อคณะทำงาน NAIC และคณะทำงาน/คณะกรรมการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Responsibilities

  • ประสานงานและสนับสนุนคณะทำงาน National AI Consortium (NAIC) ในการจัดทำ (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาระบบนิเวศปัญญาประดิษฐ์ระดับชาติ ร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม
  • ทำหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยเลขานุการคณะทำงาน NAIC จัดเตรียมการประชุม ระเบียบวาระ และเอกสารประกอบการประชุม จดบันทึกและจัดทำรายงานการประชุม (Minutes) พร้อมสรุปประเด็นและมติที่ประชุม
  • ประสานกับคณะทำงานกลุ่มย่อย (Working Groups) เพื่อขอ รวบรวม จัดเก็บ และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของข้อมูล
  • วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล สรุปประเด็นเชิงนโยบายและสิ่งที่ต้องดำเนินการต่อ (Action items) พร้อมติดตามความคืบหน้าจนแล้วเสร็จ
  • ร่วมวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์และบริบทของระบบนิเวศปัญญาประดิษฐ์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ศึกษาเทียบเคียงแนวปฏิบัติ (Benchmarking) และช่องว่าง (Gap Analysis) เพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงยุทธศาสตร์
  • ร่วมออกแบบและยกร่างโครงสร้าง กรอบแนวคิด และสาระสำคัญของแผน (Framework / Roadmap) ร่วมกับเลขานุการคณะทำงานและคณะทำงาน พร้อมเสนอข้อคิดเห็นและทางเลือกเชิงนโยบาย
  • จัดทำรายงาน เอกสารประกอบการประชุม และสื่อนำเสนอ (Presentation) รวมถึงนำเสนอผลต่อคณะทำงาน NAIC คณะทำงาน/คณะกรรมการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และในเวทีสาธารณะ
  • ยกร่างและจัดทำหนังสือราชการ หนังสือเชิญประชุม และเอกสารทางการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ
  • บริหารจัดการโครงการ ติดตามแผนงาน ระยะเวลา และผลลัพธ์ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
  • ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการ การประสานงาน หรือการจัดทำนโยบาย/แผน อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (ผู้มีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  • มีความเข้าใจในระบบราชการไทย สามารถเขียนหนังสือราชการและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • มีทักษะการรับฟังความคิดเห็น จับประเด็น จดบันทึกการประชุม สรุป และวิเคราะห์สิ่งที่ต้องดำเนินการต่อได้อย่างคล่องตัว
  • มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์และข้อมูล สามารถเสนอข้อคิดเห็น ร่วมวิเคราะห์ และร่วมออกแบบจัดทำแผนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ร่วมกับคณะทำงานได้ (โดยมีเลขานุการคณะทำงานเป็นผู้กำกับทิศทางหลัก)
  • สามารถจัดทำรายงานและเอกสารการนำเสนอได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว และนำเสนอในที่ประชุมหรือในที่สาธารณะได้อย่างมั่นใจ
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่หลากหลาย ทั้งภาครัฐ เอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม
  • สามารถเดินทางไปประชุมหรือปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่/ต่างจังหวัดได้ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ทักษะและคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ (Competencies)

  • ละเอียดรอบคอบ บริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันภายใต้กรอบเวลาได้
  • มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ทำงานเป็นทีม และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
  • มีความคิดเชิงระบบและเชิงวิเคราะห์ สามารถทำงานเชิงรุกและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  • มีความสามารถในการรักษาความลับของข้อมูล (Confidentiality) และปฏิบัติต่อข้อมูลจากหลายหน่วยงานด้วยความระมัดระวัง

Preferred Qualifications

  • มีความรู้หรือความสนใจด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) หรือเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ คณะกรรมการ/คณะทำงาน หรืองานเชิงนโยบายระดับชาติ
  • มีประสบการณ์หรือความเข้าใจในการจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์/แผนระดับชาติ หรืองานวิจัยเชิงนโยบาย (Policy Research)
  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการอ่าน เขียน และการนำเสนอ
  • ใช้เครื่องมือทำงานได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว เช่น งานนำเสนอ (PowerPoint / Canva) การจัดการข้อมูล (Excel) เครื่องมือจดบันทึกและสรุปการประชุม และเครื่องมือบริหาร/ติดตามโครงการ (Project Management / Task Tracking)
