Responsibilities

ด้านการออกแบบ พัฒนา และบำรุงรักษาแพลตฟอร์ม

  • ออกแบบ พัฒนา และบำรุงรักษาระบบหลังบ้านของแฟลตฟอร์ม Envi Link ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และรองรับการขยายตามปริมาณผู้ใช้งาน
  • สร้าง ทดสอบ และพัฒนาระบบหลังบ้านให้มีการจัดการข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานสากล
  • พัฒนา API และ Web Services สำหรับเชื่อมต่อ แลกเปลี่ยน และให้บริการข้อมูลระหว่างแพลตฟอร์ม Envi Link กับระบบภายใน หน่วยงานภายนอก และแหล่งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ
  • พัฒนากลไกการจัดการข้อมูล เช่น การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล การจัดรูปแบบข้อมูล การกำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูล และการบันทึกประวัติการใช้งานระบบบนระบบหลังบ้าน
  • เขียน ทดสอบ และปรับปรุงโค้ดให้มีคุณภาพ สามารถบำรุงรักษาได้ง่าย และเป็นไปตามแนวทางการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ที่ดี เช่น Code Review, Unit Test, API Documentation และ Version Control
  • ตรวจสอบ เฝ้าติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบ เช่น ความเร็วในการตอบสนองของ API ความเสถียรของบริการ การใช้ทรัพยากรระบบ และความพร้อมใช้งานของแพลตฟอร์ม
  • กำกับ ดูแล หรือตรวจรับงานจากผู้รับจ้างภายนอกในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาระบบหลังบ้าน กรณีมีการจ้างพัฒนาระบบบางส่วน

ด้านการประสานงานและการทำงานร่วมกับทีม

  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Front-end Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, UX/UI Designer และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มให้ตอบโจทย์การใช้งานจริง
  • ร่วมวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำไปออกแบบฟังก์ชัน ระบบเชื่อมต่อข้อมูล และโครงสร้างบริการหลังบ้านที่เหมาะสม
  • ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่ทีมงาน ผู้ใช้งานภายใน หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเชื่อมต่อและใช้งานระบบ
  • จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น API Documentation, System Architecture, Data Flow, Deployment Guide และเอกสารประกอบการดูแลระบบ
  • ติดตามเทคโนโลยี เครื่องมือ และแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบที่เหมาะสม เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านพัฒนาระบบหลังบ้าน (Back-end development) อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Framework ที่จำเป็นต่อการพัฒนาระบบหลังบ้าน เช่น js, Python, Java
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบ พัฒนา และดูแล API หรือ Web Services เช่น RESTful API, GraphQL หรือบริการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลระหว่างระบบ
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบและจัดการฐานข้อมูลรูปแบบมีโครงสร้างและไม่มีโครงสร้าง
  6. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน Cloud Platform เช่น Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure หรือระบบ Cloud อื่น ๆ

Preferred Qualifications

  1. มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ (Geographic Information System)
  3. มี Certificate ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานของตำแหน่งงานที่สมัคร
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน Cloud Service เช่น GCP, AWS, หรือ Azure
  5. มีประสบการณ์หรือความสามารถเพิ่มเติมจากด้านข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำแหน่งงาน
