แบ่งปันตำแหน่งงานนี้

Responsibilities

1.      ด้านการปฏิบัติการ (วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล)

  • ทบทวนวรรณกรรม ศึกษา และออกแบบ วางแผนแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ AI เช่น Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embedding, Vector Search, Information Extraction และ AI Agents เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
  • พัฒนาแบบจำลอง ระบบ หรือแอปพลิเคชันที่ประยุกต์ใช้ AIเพื่อใช้สนับสนุนงานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ครอบคลุมการดึงข้อมูล (Data Retrieval) การทำความสะอาด (Data Cleansing) แปลงข้อมูล (Data Transformation) การสร้างกราฟองค์ความรู้ (องค์ความรู้) ให้อยู่ในรูปแบบที่พร้อมใช้งาน พร้อมจัดทำต้นแบบ (Prototype)
  • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสรุปผลที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อโครงการ ผ่านการประยุกต์ใช้ AI พร้อมประเมินวัดผลประสิทธิภาพโดยกำหนดตัวชี้วัดที่เหมาะสมกับกรณีใช้งาน
  • พัฒนาแดชบอร์ดด้วยเครื่องมือด้าน BI และ AI
  • เขียนรายงานสรุปผลการศึกษา และคู่มือการใช้งาน

2.      ด้านการวางแผน

  • ร่วมวางแผนกับคณะทำงานโครงการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
  • ร่วม ประเมินต้นทุน ความคุ้มค่า และทรัพยากรที่ต้องใช้ พร้อมทั้งพิจารณาผลิตภัณฑ์ด้าน AI ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินงาน

3.      ด้านการประสานงาน

  • ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจอื่นใดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

4.      ด้านการบริการ

  • ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ ตอบปัญหา ช่วยเหลือเจ้าหน้าที่เมื่อมีประเด็นสงสัยเกี่ยวกับงานด้าน AI และการประยุกต์ AI เพื่อการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

5.      อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขา วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ วิทยาการข้อมูล เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (GPA 75 ขึ้นไป)
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering หรือ Software Development ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักการของ Machine Learning และ Deep Learning และสามารถเลือกใช้ Algorithm หรือ Model ให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะของข้อมูลและโจทย์ที่ต้องการแก้ไข
  • มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการเขียนโปรแกรมภาษา Python และสามารถใช้งาน Library หรือ Framework ด้าน Data และ AI เช่น Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow หรือ Hugging Face ได้
  • มีความเข้าใจหรือประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Generative AI และ Large Language Models (LLMs) รวมถึงแนวคิด เช่น Prompt Engineering, Embedding, Vector Database, Semantic Search และ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับฐานข้อมูลและการออกแบบข้อมูล สามารถใช้งาน SQL และมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Relational Database, NoSQL Database หรือระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่
  • มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน Docker และ/หรือ Kubernetes และมีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการนำ AI/ML Model หรือ Application ไปใช้งานในระบบจริง
  • มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ การออกแบบการทดลอง การแก้ไขปัญหา และสามารถศึกษาเทคโนโลยีหรือองค์ความรู้ใหม่ด้วยตนเอง รวมถึงสามารถนำผลการศึกษาไปพัฒนาเป็น Prototype หรือแนวทางที่สามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง
  • มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจและทักษะด้านข้อมูลทั่วไป ระดับดี และสามารถสื่อสารให้บุคคลอื่นได้

Preferred Qualifications

  • มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Vector Database / Vector Search เช่น Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Milvus, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector หรือเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน Natural Language Processing (NLP), Information Retrieval, Information Extraction หรือ Knowledge Graph มีประสบการณ์ด้าน MLOps / LLMOps, Model Serving, Model Monitoring หรือการนำ AI Model ไปใช้งานใน Production
  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับ Big Data หรือ Distributed Computing เช่น Apache Spark
  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน Data-driven Project หรือโครงการที่ต้องเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากหลายหน่วยงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีมข้ามสายงาน
  • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Responsible AI, AI Governance, Data Governance, Privacy และ Security ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาและใช้งานระบบ AI
  • มี Certificate ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานของตำแหน่งงานที่สมัคร
  • มีประสบการณ์หรือความสามารถเพิ่มเติมจากด้านข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำแหน่งงาน
