แบ่งปันตำแหน่งงานนี้

Responsibilities

  1. สามารถแปลงโจทย์ทางธุรกิจให้เป็นโจทย์ทางเทคนิค และออกแบบ POC ที่มีขอบเขตชัดเจนภายในกรอบเวลาที่จำกัด
  2. กำหนดตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จ (success criteria / evaluation metrics) ของ POC และประเมินผลได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
  3. สร้าง prototype ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว โดยเลือกสมดุลระหว่างความเร็วในการทดลองและคุณภาพของโค้ด
  4. สรุปบทเรียนและข้อจำกัดจาก POC เป็นเอกสาร/ข้อเสนอเชิงสถาปัตยกรรม เพื่อใช้ออกแบบระบบ production ได้
  5. ประเมินความคุ้มค่า ความเสี่ยง และความพร้อมของเทคโนโลยี (feasibility assessment) ก่อนตัดสินใจขยายผล
  6. เข้าใจข้อแตกต่างระหว่างโค้ดระดับ experiment และระดับ production เช่น scalability, reliability, latency, cost และ security
  7. รับผิดชอบผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดจากการใช้งาน AI โดยมีการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จาก AI และระมัดระวังการใช้งาน AI ให้มีความปลอดภัย โดยสอดคล้องตามหลัก AI Governances
  8. ประสานงานกับทีมหรือฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
  9. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายในขอบเขตงานที่เจ้าหน้าที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถที่ปฏิบัติงานได้

Qualifications

  • วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา : สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ สาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • สามารถเขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษา Python ได้ในระดับดี และคุ้นเคยกับ library หลัก เช่น PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
  • มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้าน Machine Learning และ Deep Learning สามารถเลือกแนวทาง/โมเดลที่เหมาะกับโจทย์ได้
  • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับ LLM เช่น การทำ prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning หรือการเรียกใช้ API ของโมเดลเชิงพาณิชย์
  • มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการจัดการข้อมูล สามารถเตรียมและจัดการข้อมูล (data preprocessing, feature engineering) รวมถึงเขียน SQL ได้
  • ออกแบบและพัฒนา API เพื่อให้บริการโมเดล (model serving) ได้ เช่น FastAPI, Flask
  • คุ้นเคยกับ Docker, Git และการทำงานบนคลาวด์ เช่น AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei
  • มีความเข้าใจแนวคิด MLOps เช่น การทำ experiment tracking, model versioning, monitoring และ CI/CD สำหรับงาน ML
  • มีทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาที่ดี สามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ได้ดี และมีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารทำงานในภาวะกดดันได้ดี

Preferred Qualifications

  • มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  • มีประสบการณ์ทำ Proof of Concept (POC) หรือ prototype ด้าน AI และผลักดันต่อไปสู่ระบบproduction จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีทัศนคติแบบทดลองและเรียนรู้ ยอมรับได้ว่า POC บางส่วนอาจไม่สำเร็จ และสามารถสรุปบทเรียนจากความล้มเหลวนั้นได้
  • มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยี
  • มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Cloud Cost Optimization
  • มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร อธิบายข้อมูลด้านเทคโนโลยีได้เป็นอย่างดี
