Responsibilities

  1. Support project manager and technical leads on delegated tasks
  2. Leverage technology expertise to fill business gaps and overcome technical obstacles
  3. Manage and track development progress and technical issues.
  4. Design and document technology specifications (such as presentation slides, IT policy, SRS, swim-lane flow diagrams, API specifications)
  5. Evaluate and document risk, privacy, and security according to related standards (such as NIST, ISO27001, PDPA, and internal requirements)
  6. End to end management of operational issues (bugs, system failures, admin duties, DevOps)
  7. Act as the bridge between business and engineering teams

Qualifications

  1. Computer science or engineering related degree.
  2. Fluent in English and Thai both verbal and written.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. This position is perfect for those who are Passionate and diligent to learn and assess digital solutions
  5. Assertive and committed to completing individual and team tasks.
  6. Flexible and enthusiastic to work on national scale projects.
  7. Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced agile work environment
  8. Keen to work in management or consultancy track.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience and involvement in web application design using backend frameworks (such as Node.js, Next.js, FastAPI, etc.), application programming interfaces (APIs), and messaging concepts (such as sockets, queues, RPCs, etc.)
  2. Conceptual understanding of front-end frameworks (React), tools (such as Redux, context, storage/cookies, etc.), and web page life cycle
  3. Understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databasesFamiliarity with microservice architectures, Kubernetes, and Jenkins deployment pipelinesComprehension of data life cycle and privacy requirements
  4. Experience with testing business logic, assessing UI/UX design, SIT/UAT, and evaluating security risks
  5. Knowledge of ETL processes and design necessary for enabling business intelligence capabilities (such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
