1) ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานและบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการแบ่งปันข้อมูล ทั้งฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ภายใน สขญ. และหน่วยงานภายนอก สขญ.
2) จัดทำร่างหนังสือและเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบังคับใช้ระเบียบสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีว่าด้วยการแบ่งปันข้อมูลดิจิทัล
2) สนับสนุนการจัดทำกฎหมายลำดับรองของระเบียบสำนักนายกฯ และเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยการจัดประชุมยกร่างกฎหมายลำดับรอง และจัดกิจกรรมรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3) สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านธุรการ พัสดุ การเงิน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินโครงการ
4) สนับสนุนการประสานงานระหว่าง สขญ. คณะทำงาน ทีมที่ปรึกษา และหน่วยงานหรือบุคคลภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินโครงการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น มีประสิทธิภาพ ประสบความสำเร็จ
5) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบังคับใช้ระเบียบสำนักนายกฯ ประสบความสำเร็จ
1) สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิติศาสตร์ การจัดการ บริหารธุรกิจ อักษรศาสตร์ ศิลปศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2) มีประสบการณ์การทำงานไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี ในด้านการประสานงาน การจัดการงานธุรการ การจัดประชุม/กิจกรรม การบริหารโครงการ
3) มีความสามารถในการร่างเอกสารทางราชการ การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ การจัดประชุม รวมถึงการจัดทำเอกสารประกอบการประชุม วาระการประชุม presentation และรายงานการประชุม
4) มีความสามารถในการสนับสนุนการจัดทำกฎหมายลำดับรอง เช่น ประกาศ ระเบียบ ฯลฯ ร่วมกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ของ สขญ. และที่ปรึกษา
5) ดูแลและจัดการเอกสารสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงาน เช่น สัญญา เอกสารเบิกจ่าย เอกสารจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง เป็นต้น
6) มีทักษะในการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปต่าง ๆ ที่ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น Microsoft Office, Gen AI, Canva เป็นต้น
7) มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร อธิบาย ชี้แจงข้อมูลนระดับดีมาก มีใจรักงานบริการ มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
8) มีมนุษสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความอดทน ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
