รองนายกฯ เยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการ BDI ชู Health Link–ThaiLLM ขับเคลื่อนบริการภาครัฐด้วย Data และ AI ในงานเสวนาวิชาการและพิธีมอบรางวัลเลิศรัฐ 2569

10 กันยายน 2569, นนทบุรี – นายปกรณ์ นิลประพันธ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี เยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการของสถาบันข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ BDI ภายในงานเสวนาวิชาการและพิธีมอบรางวัลเลิศรัฐ ประจำปี 2569โดยมี นางสาวน้ำฝน ประโพธิ์ศรี ผู้อำนวยการโครงการ Health Link และ นายปฏิภาณ ประเสริฐสม (รักษาการ) ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ พร้อมนำเสนอภารกิจของสถาบันฯ และการดำเนินงานของโครงการ Health Link แพลตฟอร์มเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลสุขภาพทั่วประเทศ และ ThaiLLM (Thai Large Language Model) โครงสร้างพื้นฐานปัญญาประดิษฐ์สำหรับภาษาไทย ณ อาคารชาเลนเจอร์ อิมแพค เมืองทองธานี จังหวัดนนทบุรี

นอกจากนี้ภายในงาน พญ.ปฐมพร ศิรประภาศิริ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านบูรณาการข้อมูล BDI ได้ร่วมถ่ายทอดแนวคิดและความก้าวหน้าของโครงการ Health Link บนเวที “บริการภาครัฐยุค AI ลดภาระ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ตอบโจทย์ประชาชน” โดยเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลสุขภาพอย่างปลอดภัย ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 (PDPA) การรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ และหลักธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูล เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้แก่ประชาชน บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และหน่วยบริการสุขภาพ

ปัจจุบัน Health Link สามารถเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับหน่วยบริการสุขภาพแล้วกว่า 19,000 แห่งทั่วประเทศ โดยระบบทำหน้าที่เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากระบบสารสนเทศของโรงพยาบาลมากกว่า 30 รูปแบบ และ ไม่มีการนำข้อมูลสุขภาพของประชาชนมาจัดเก็บไว้ที่ BDI

ประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพของตนเอง อาทิ ข้อมูลโรค ประวัติการใช้ยา และประวัติการแพ้ยา ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันที่ภาครัฐสนับสนุน รวมถึงสามารถให้ความยินยอมแก่แพทย์เพื่อเปิดดูข้อมูลประกอบการรักษาได้ ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มความต่อเนื่องในการดูแลผู้ป่วย ลดการตรวจซ้ำ และสนับสนุนการให้บริการทางการแพทย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

BDI พร้อมเดินหน้าพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเพื่อการเชื่อมโยงและแบ่งปันข้อมูลอย่างมีมาตรฐาน มั่นคงปลอดภัย และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อยกระดับบริการภาครัฐและคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ภายใต้แนวคิด “เพื่อข้อมูลที่พร้อมขับเคลื่อนประเทศ – Driving our nation with data”
