BDI เปิดตัว “Data-Driven Thailand Report 2568” ครั้งแรกของประเทศ ชี้ความพร้อม Data & AI ไทย สะท้อนโจทย์จาก “Gap” สู่การใช้ข้อมูลสร้างผลลัพธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม

BDI เปิดตัว “Data-Driven Thailand Report 2568” ครั้งแรกของประเทศ ชี้ความพร้อม Data & AI ไทย สะท้อนโจทย์จาก “Gap” สู่การใช้ข้อมูลสร้างผลลัพธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม

8 กันยายน 2569, กรุงเทพฯ – สถาบันข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ BDI จัดงานเผยแพร่ “รายงานตัวชี้วัดเศรษฐกิจและสังคมที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูล (Data-Driven Thailand Report) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568” เพื่อสะท้อนสถานภาพและศักยภาพการใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อมูลของประเทศไทย พร้อมพัฒนากรอบมาตรฐานกลางสำหรับติดตามความก้าวหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง และสนับสนุนการยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันด้านดิจิทัลของประเทศ ณ SCBX NEXT TECH สยามพารากอน และผ่านระบบออนไลน์

ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก ศ. ดร.ธีรณี อจลากุล ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ กล่าวเปิดงาน พร้อมเน้นย้ำความสำคัญของการมีตัวชี้วัดที่สามารถสะท้อนสถานภาพและความพร้อมของประเทศไทยด้านการใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อมูล เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลสำคัญประกอบการกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนา และสนับสนุนการขับเคลื่อนประเทศด้วย Data และ AI อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

รายงานดังกล่าวประเมินความพร้อมของประเทศไทยผ่าน 6 มิติ 80 ตัวชี้วัด ครอบคลุม Data Infrastructure, Data Governance, Data Capability & Skills, Data Use, Data Ecosystem & Collaboration และ Data Impact เพื่อสะท้อนภาพรวมตั้งแต่ความพร้อมด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูล ไปจนถึงศักยภาพในการนำข้อมูลไปใช้สร้างผลลัพธ์ทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม

ผลการประเมินพบว่า ประเทศไทยมี คะแนนภาพรวม 58.91 คะแนน โดยมีจุดแข็งในมิติด้าน Data Governance อยู่ที่ 79.32 คะแนน ขณะที่มิติด้าน Data Impact อยู่ที่ 44.48 คะแนน สะท้อนโจทย์สำคัญของประเทศไทยในการเปลี่ยนจาก “ความพร้อม” ด้าน Data & AI ไปสู่ “การใช้ประโยชน์และสร้างผลลัพธ์” ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงต่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม

ภายในงานยังมีการเสวนาหัวข้อ “จาก Gap สู่การขับเคลื่อน: ปิดช่องว่างเพื่อยกระดับเศรษฐกิจและสังคมที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Big Data & AI) ของไทย” โดยผู้แทนทรงคุณวุฒิจาก หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาควิชาการ ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับแนวทางลดช่องว่างด้านข้อมูลและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน การพัฒนาบุคลากรและทักษะ ตลอดจนการผลักดันให้ Big Data และ AI ถูกนำไปใช้จริง เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม

การจัดทำ Data-Driven Thailand Report จึงไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการสะท้อนคะแนนความพร้อมของประเทศ แต่เป็นการสร้าง “จุดตั้งต้นร่วม” เพื่อให้ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาควิชาการมองเห็นทั้งจุดแข็งและช่องว่างของประเทศภายใต้กรอบการประเมินเดียวกัน และนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประกอบการกำหนดนโยบาย วางแผนการลงทุน พัฒนากำลังคน และสร้างระบบนิเวศด้านข้อมูลที่เอื้อต่อการใช้ประโยชน์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

BDI มุ่งหวังให้รายงานดังกล่าวเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการติดตามพัฒนาการด้านข้อมูลของประเทศไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมผลักดันการเปลี่ยนผ่านจาก “ความพร้อมด้าน Data & AI” สู่ “การใช้ประโยชน์และสร้างผลลัพธ์” เพื่อขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่ Data-Driven Nation อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและยั่งยืน
